The Gratitude Inventory: Writing Your Stories of Thanks
A Free Enlifted Story Work Workshop
A 'Gratitude List' is a great start, but a 'Gratitude Story' is what changes your life.
We often move through our days so quickly that we forget to acknowledge the "support system" of goodness that surrounds us. We take for granted the people who showed up for us, the experiences that taught us resilience, and the simple things that make our lives easier.
In this workshop, we use the Enlifted Method to perform a deep Gratitude Inventory. We are going to take the pen to the page and write the stories of what (and who) we are truly thankful for. This process anchors these positive memories into your nervous system, building a "Hero Story" that can carry you through any challenge.
Who should come?
This workshop is for you if:
You want to deepen your connection with the people in your life.
You feel like you’ve been focusing more on 'what’s missing' than 'what’s there.'
You want to honor a specific person or memory through the power of written word.
You are ready to enter the holiday season feeling anchored in abundance.
What is this workshop about?
This is a high-vibration, creative session where we will:
The People Audit: Identify the 'characters' in your life story who have made a positive impact and write a specific story of their contribution.
The Experience Archive: Look back at a 'hard' experience that turned into a 'good' story and find the gratitude in the growth.
The Simple Pleasures Story: Focus on the 'things' in your daily life—from your morning coffee to your home—and describe why they are essential to your joy.
Breath for Heart-Opening: A specific breathwork practice designed to expand your capacity to feel and receive appreciation.
