Join Coach Lori for a 60-minute, interactive performance clinic designed to clean up your "mental mechanics." Just like a power leak in your squat comes from a bad physical setup, a power leak in your engine comes from a bad mental setup. We are going to fix the baseline operating system that runs your performance so you can stop braking mid-workout, manage the "pain cave," and push past your current redline.
