April Showers: Navigating the "What If" Stories
A Free Enlifted Story Work Workshop
When you’re facing a big decision, a health hurdle, or a massive goal, your mind naturally plays the "What If" game.
Usually, we get stuck in one of two places:
The Worst-Case Downpour: Catastrophizing every possible thing that could go wrong until we’re too paralyzed to move.
The Best-Case Mirage: Daydreaming about the win without actually acknowledging the work or the risks required to get there.
In this workshop, we use the Enlifted Method to look at both the "showers" and the "flowers." We’re going to map out your best and worst-case scenarios so you can stop being a victim of your imagination and start being the hero of your story.
Who should come?
This workshop is for you if:
You are facing a major life decision and feel "stuck" in the pros and cons.
You are navigating an illness or injury and your "worst-case" stories are draining your recovery energy.
You have a big goal for 2026 but find yourself self-sabotaging before you even start.
You are an "overthinker" who spends more time in the future than in the present.
What is this workshop about?
We are going to use language to build a bridge through the storm. You will learn how to:
Name the "Worst Case" without letting it own you. We’ll look at the specific words that trigger your "freeze" response.
Audit the "Best Case" to make sure it’s a goal you actually believe in, not just "Soft Talk" and wishful thinking.
The Power of "I Can": Replace the shaky "What if..." with the solid "Even if [Worst Case] happens, I can [Action]."
Breathwork for Clarity: A specific tool to lower your heart rate when the "Worst Case" stories start to feel too real.
